At present, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure quality control.

1. Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns or replacements in the following cases:

• Wrong size received (different from the size ordered)

2. Reporting a Complaint

• The video must be:

  • Clearly showing the shipping label and address

  • Showing the defect/damage clearly in good lighting

Without this video proof, we will not be able to process any claim.

3. Conditions for Return
