Refund & Return Policy

At Tara by Ranjini, we accept returns only under specific circumstances. Returns are accepted strictly if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the product received is damaged or soiled. The customer must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, based on the courier tracking status marked as “Delivered.” Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

To initiate a return, the customer must send clear photographs of the product showing the defect or damage to our Business WhatsApp number at +91 9061791010 or email us at tara.ranjini@gmail.com. Our team will review the request and respond within 2 business days. If the return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product. The return address will be shared only after approval. Customers must courier the product back only after receiving confirmation from us. We will not be responsible for any returns sent without prior approval.

Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it is in the same condition as originally shipped. Products that are wrinkled, used, worn (even once), wrongly folded, or soiled will not qualify for a return or refund. Sarees and Dhotis that have been worn or even tried once are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. All items must be returned with the original tags and printed documents that accompanied the purchase.

If the returned product passes inspection and is approved, the refund amount, excluding shipping charges if any, will be transferred to the customer’s bank account. The customer must provide bank details via email for processing the refund. The refund will be processed within 3–7 business days from the date of approval.

If a replacement product is available, we will offer an exchange instead of a refund. Refunds will be issued only if the exact product purchased is unavailable in stock. In all cases, exchange will be prioritized over refund wherever possible.
